CH2 Divests The Animal Health Division - to ensure 100% focus on Human Health .
We wish to announce that Clifford Hallam Healthcare Pty Ltd (CH2) has divested our Animal Health Business to Lyppard Australia Pty Ltd.
Since CH2 was privatised in December 2015, our focus has been on providing tailored solutions to the Healthcare network across Australia. In order to continue to invest in the technology and supply chain to support our customers, CH2 has made the decision to focus on human health only.
In working with Lyppard we will focus on transitioning our CH2 customers across to the Lyppard network with as little disruption as possible.
We would like to thank all our customers for their long-term commitment to CH2. We would especially like to thank our team - without them this transaction would not have been possible.
