Clifford Hallam Healthcare - Australian Wholesale Distributor

CH2 are pleased to announce the acquisition of Total Compression Solutions and will begin trading under the CH2 banner from Tuesday 25th October 2016.

Total Compression Solutions (TCS) have been trading as part of Dickson and Dickson Healthcare, alongside Prius Healthcare Solutions, and DP Logistics.

The acquisition of TCS division allows CH2 to take ownership of the Venamax range of thromboembolic compression stockings and pumps, this includes Graduated Compression Stockings (GCS) as well as a full range of Total Compression Solutions for professionals on their feet.

The CH2 team are excited about the synergies between TCS and our existing customer base and believe this acquisition presents a significant opportunity for TCS to leverage the first-class logistics and service delivery capability of CH2.

Proudly Australian owned and operated, CH2 has a national footprint which, combined with expert local knowledge, delivers scale and personalisation to its Customers and Supply partners. With a 78 year heritage in delivering outstanding healthcare supply solutions, CH2’s healthcare foundations can be traced back to the formation of Victoria’s regional and metropolitan hospital associations.

Today CH2 services customers located throughout Australia in metropolitan and regional areas. It has one of the widest distribution networks in the Healthcare sector, with customers including Public and Private Hospitals, Hospital and Community Pharmacies, Aged Care facilities, Medical Centres, Specialists, Day Surgeries, Diagnostic Imaging, Pathologists, Veterinarians, Dentists, Physiotherapists, as well as Federal and State Government bodies such as the Armed and Emergency Services and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

CH2 will integrate the TCS business into our Hospital Business Unit, headed by Carmen Riley and will provide TCS customers with assistance from our National Customer Support team.

Existing TCS customers will continue to have access to the TCS Service team who along with and other key staff members have transferred employment to CH2. This will ensure continuity of service and will allow the CH2 team to provide support and expertise to both existing and new TCS customers as the businesses merge.
