David Collins - Managing Director

David Collins is Managing Director and 28.5% owner of ParagonCare. After the reverse acquisition of ParagonCare by CH2 Holdings Pty Limited in June 2024, he was appointed CEO and Managing Director and continued in both roles until June 2025. 

David was a 50% shareholder of CH2 Holdings prior to the completion of reverse acquisition. He was previously appointed as CEO and Managing Director in December 2015 of CH2 Holdings when David and Peter Lacaze acquired 100% of CH2 Holdings Pty Ltd. David has been with CH2 Holdings since 2005 starting as Chief Financial Officer and then moving into the Managing Director role in 2008 until 2014. In 2006 David became a minority shareholder of CH2 Holdings. David spent 20 months as the Chief Financial Officer at Greencross Health Limited in Auckland. David brings unparalleled experience and extensive knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare wholesale and distribution sectors.

Prior to CH2 Holdings David held senior finance and management roles in both Australia and New Zealand, predominantly in the pharmaceutical wholesaling industries.

Carmen Riley - Chief Executive Officer 

Carmen was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2025. She has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2017, after transitioning from General Manager of Sales. Before joining CH2 Carmen was CEO of Intouch Direct from July 2008, which was successfully acquired by CH2 in 2010.

Prior to joining the Healthcare industry Carmen had an extensive career within FMCG, including Supply Chain and Operations, Finance and Project Management. Carmen’s experience provides strong financial and operational management skills gained from both private and ASX listed companies.

Carmen is a Certified Practising Accountant and has completed the Graduate Program for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (CPA and GAICD). Carmen was appointed to the CH2 board of directors in July 2019. Carmen is also on the board of LUCRF Superannuation.

James Khoshaba – Chief Information Officer

James is a transformational leader with a unique blend of experience in building high-performing teams across Business and IT, ultimately enhancing business performance.

He exhibits a proven track record as a successful IT executive in global corporations, leading multiple technology teams to create IT strategies aligned with business goals. His leadership has driven transformational changes, enabling business growth and reducing operational costs.

Furthermore, James has spearheaded large business teams, delivering strategic initiatives that drive efficiencies and build scalable operations for future growth.

Melanie Voss – Company Secretary

Melanie Voss was appointed Company Secretary of CH2 in March 2025, bringing a wealth of financial expertise and a foundation in corporate governance to the role. Prior to this appointment, she served as CH2’s Financial Controller from July 2024.

Melanie joined CH2 in May 2017 as a Financial Accountant and has since played a key role in the company’s financial leadership. She was promoted to Financial Operations Manager in July 2019, where she led the finance team through significant operational improvements.

With over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Melanie possesses deep knowledge across all areas of finance, including year-end accounts, tax preparation, budgeting, balance sheets, and procedural implementation. Her strategic approach and results-driven mindset have contributed to meaningful enhancements within CH2’s financial operations.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law, and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). She is also a GIA (Affiliated) member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Brendon Pentland – Chief Financial Officer

Brendon joined ParagonCare in December 2025 as Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience in finance, within domestic and international companies, across a wide range of industry segments. Brendon has been responsible for business acquisitions and integration, strategic investments, commercial analysis, due diligence and managed debt and equity restructuring.

Prior to joining ParagonCare, Brendon was Chief Financial Officer of Capitol Health and before that Silk Logistics Holdings where he led the finance functions and had responsibility for finance, commercial, corporate planning, business analysis, taxation, reporting, corporate services and legal administration. Brendon holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
